A site team, not a subcontracting desk.
JCG Serviços & Remodelações is the trading name of João Oliveira Garcia, Unipessoal, Lda. We work in Lisbon and the surrounding area on refurbishments, building maintenance and turnkey projects.
Building work almost always fails in the same place: between trades, when nobody answers for the whole. That is why we coordinate every front and answer for all of them to a single person — the client.

Our own team coordinated on site, with a weekly progress report.
Handover
A joint inspection, snagging closed out and a workmanship guarantee.
04 — What guides us
Less improvisation. More control.
Written down first, not afterwards
Schedule, scope, exclusions and responsibilities are settled before work starts. What is not written down is not quoted — and we say so up front.
One point of contact
The client does not chase an electrician, a plumber and a painter. We coordinate the trades and answer for the whole.
Documented work
Every job carries a reference, a photographic record and a technical sheet. That is how a question gets answered two years later.
